Short and sweet: What Can and Can't I do with the files?

YES:

✿ You may use it for personal projects, small businesses (up to 2 employees, including the owner).
✿ Small businesses selling fabric, leather, transfers or other craft supplies must purchase an Extended License (for a better deal we offer annual licenses for the whole shop).
✿ You must credit Muse Bloom Designs in your captions/descriptions if you don't purchase an extended license.

*If your business is larger than stated and you wish to license our designs, please contact us.

NO:

✘ Not allowed for use on Print on Demand websites such as, but not limited to: Zazzle, Cafepress, Redbubble, Merch by Amazon, Society6, Spoonflower etc.
✘ You may not trace/remake and sell as your own.

✘Redistribute, Sublicense or Share Resources.
✘ No digital use.

✘Installing or Embedding on Third Party Software

✘Change coloways or edit the design

My file has an issue. What should I do?

If you have downloaded the file and find an issue with it (ie:unable to use due to quality) Please screenshot the issue and convo me with the image. I will address the issue immediately so you have a great file ASAP.

Do you accept returns?

Instant download items don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact us about any problems with your order.

Fabric Printing, Transfer, Leather, Embroidery, Craft supplies Shops

If you are a small scale business (up to two employees including the owners) you must purchase our commercial license in addition to the design you want to print.
Medium and Large business printing anything with our designs must contact us to discuss licensing options.

If you are a small business creating a finish product (for example: pet bandanas) and need your files printed on fabric, please check our Spoonflower shop and other partners selling our designs. If you don't find the design you want available please contact us so we can make it available for you.

Do I own the designs copyright when I purchase a listing in this shop?

All copyrights and ownership of images and designs remains with Muse Bloom Designs at all times. Purchasing our files does not transfer the copyright. Failure to comply with the above mentioned terms & conditions of use is punishable by US and International Copyright Laws.

Any copies of this design being sold or shared on any website or platform will be reported to the appropriate platform for copyright infringement.

The design is not exclusive to you and will continue to be sold.

Which License do I need?

If you are a small business* you won't need to purchase a commercial license in addition to the design file (check the exceptions below) . However you must credit us in your product description or tag us in your social media. If you don't want or can't credit usa commercial license is required.

*Small Business have up to 2 employees including the owners.

FABRIC, LEATHER, TRANSFERS, EMBROIDERY AND OTHER CRAFT SUPPLIES SHOPS: any kind and amount requires a commercial license. Please check the licenses description before purchasing.

Can I use your graphics as part of a logo I am creating for a client or for myself?

Graphics can be used as part of a logo design but it must be significantly modified or used with other font(s) or design element(s) to create a distinctive new design that does not resemble the graphic used.

The final logo must also be in an outlined/flattened file format so that the original graphic cannot be extracted or separated from your end design.

All logos created cannot be trademarked or copyrighted as the ownership of the items belong solely to the original designer. Keep in mind that you are licensing the non exclusive rights to use the Items, therefore the same Items may be used by other parties as well.

Are your designs trademark infringement free?

Muse Bloom Designs is not liable for any trademark infringement issues that may arise from selling products with our designs in certain categories of products that the design may be trademarked in. As a seller and business owner, you should always do your research before creating new products to ensure that a trademark isn’t owned for the phrase you are trying to use in your product’s category.
